Greg Bridges – Vice President
Greg Bridges has been in the ready-mix/concrete industry for over 19 years. While attending law school, Greg worked as a ready-mix driver and dispatcher. He quickly transitioned into sales and quality assurance in the Bay Area where he managed a territory for the next 6 years, building a reputation as a “hands-on” salesman who always put the needs of his customers first. For the past 10 years, Greg has worked in project management, estimating, and business development for an emerging concrete construction company. Greg Franklin – Sales Manager
Greg joined The Elite Ready Mix team in April 2014 after relocating back to Sacramento from Las Vegas, NV where he was the Nevada Manager for Ready Mix Inc. Greg is a former Area Manager for Central Concrete & Supply in Sacramento and a Account Manager for Nevada Ready Mix in Las Vegas, NV. Greg brings over 30 years of experience in the ready mix industry with him. Having started as a driver and working his way up through the ranks to a customer service rep. then into a sales position and finally into a management role has allowed Greg to learn the business from the ground up.
When an opportunity presented itself to lead a sales team in Northern California, Greg eagerly accepted the challenge and embraced his new role with Elite. His responsibilities include overseeing sales & marketing for two ready mix plants in the greater Sacramento Area. Greg has successfully completed 3 Miller- Hielman sales training modules as well as 1 NRMCA Sales Professional module. He is a former chairman of the membership committee of the ACI Las Vegas Chapter. Greg is also an honorably discharged veteran of The United States Marine Corps and has an Associates degree from Berklee College of Music in Boston, Ma. Larry Elseberry – Sales and Service Associate
Larry Elsberry began his career 35 years ago in 1979 with Lonestar Industries. He started out as a Yard Clerk which included AP, customer service, as well as other duties. He started his concrete sales with Lonestar at 21 years old. The “old vet” has worked with Bay Cities Building Materials, Granite Construction, Nations Rent, and Central Concrete. He‘s had the benefit of working with some excellent supervisors and mentors over his many years in the concrete business. Over that time, he’s always been in the Sacramento area and was involved in production, dispatch, business development, and sales. He has great relationships with customers both C-8’s and General Contractors. Hopefully he can offer some great service to you and your concrete needs!
